To make a long story short, I recently bought a 32GB iPhone 4 here in Brazil for an outrageous price of BRL 899.00 (approximately USD 530) with a one-year contract with Claro. For the last 4 weeks, I've been trying to activate the "Facetime" feature on the phone, to no avail. Called the customer support at least 10 times and was never able to get proper support on the phone. Today I tried the "online chat" support line. This is what happened:
